The steps of making Tradition Chinese rice-pudding are complicated. But if you adhere to the following methods or ask someone to teach you, it will become easier to make.
First, wash the rice and soak it about two hours then dry it after two hours. The leaves also should be washing. Next, cook meats, mushrooms and eggs and cut them to bits. Third, fry the rice and some little shrimps till half-baked with some seasonings. After that, fold the leaves to triangle and put all the things in. Remember to compact it and rope with cord.
After bind the rice-puddings to a rope, put them into boiler about thirty minutes. Finally, take them out and taste them.
