- both can be choose by themselves
- department store: time limit 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
mail-order: 24 hours

b. fit or not
- department store: 1.try on the clothing
2. have many style to choose
3. need to keep walking, go outside
mail-order: 1. size go by yourself
2. color may a little different with computers’ screen
3. have many style to choose
4. don’t need to walk, stay home

c. touch and feel the merchandise
- department store: 1. can touch and feel the material is comfortable or not
2. know the material of merchandise clearly
mail-order: 1. the material may not said like website or DM
2. can not touch and feel the merchandise

Conclusion:
- have advantage and disadvantage for each one
- people can choose a way they like
