How do you change school culture?-summery

School leaders have some laments for school culture. It is not easy to change because the policies and procedures are deeply embedded. But cultural change is challenging and time-consuming. It is not only possible but necessary especially stakeholders who use the word "culture" to block leadership initiatives, stifle innovation, and maintain the status quo. There is a discussion about how to change the culture of schools and also have four essentials when it comes to lasting cultural change.

Click-final

Watching TV programs and films is a major habit for people nowadays. Some of TV programs and films will give people inspiration, but some won’t. I saw a film named Click. Although it is a comedy, it give audience some ideas.

Click is an interesting and funny film. The actor Adam Sandler uses his own way and abounding body action to make the character become funny. This film is about a man who was an architect and had a busy life with work. Although he spent much time on work, his boss did not notice his dilligence. He was disappointed because he worked hard and did not have time to accompany his family. The entire thing he wanted to do was buying a remote control which was all-round. This remote control not only could change channels, but also could change life. When the leading man got it, he moved himself to a happy situation when he faced frustration. Because of this, his work became more successful, but he also missed something such as the time with his family. In the end of this film, he realized he did not control the remote control but the remote control controlled him. He also knew that everything is not perfect.

Through this film, I really know about many things. Everyone wants to have smooth life including the leading man of this film. But everything is not favorable. If it is smooth without working hard, people can not learn the experiences and gain knowledge. It is more important and attentive to do well during the process rather than to get the result. We have to appreciate and hug our life because life makes us learn a lot and become strong.
