- have advantage and disadvantage for each one
- people can choose a way they like
- the important thing is they are happy for buying things.

Teachers play an important role in education. They will give influences on students no matter what his thoughts or actions are. Teachers can be categorized in three groups. The first group is influential teachers. The second group is earnest teachers who teach the material or books in class. The last group is inadequate teachers who do not have any help for students.

The first group of teachers I have had are influential teachers who give students inspiration and help them to develop themselves. Mrs. Su is an example, who was my kindergarten teacher. She was a kind person. Because of my parents' job, they did not have much time to companion with me. When she realized this situation, she started to take care of me very much. She also took me home when my parents were very busy. She treated me as her own daughter and gave me the feeling of family. When I had done something wrong, she will told me what is right and what is wrong. She always encouraged me to do what I liked. When I told her I liked music and wanted to learn to play the piano, she supported me and helped me find a piano teacher. For me, she was just like my second mother. I realized love from her and wanted to be someone like her. Because of her, I become happy and care other people who around me.

I have had many earnest teachers who teach the material or books in class and help students gain their knowledge during my school life. Dr. Mathew was an example of this group. He was my presentation class and graduation project teacher in college. In class, he taught the skills and told us what we should notice for presentation. He gave us opportunities to get on the stage to present our project. He listened to our project carefully and gave us some suggestions to improve our presentation skills. When I had English problems, he helped me to solve them and liked to discuss with me. In his class, I learned many things about English and made much progress.

Dr. Chen was one of the inadequate teacher who did not have any help for students. He chose the material without considering student's levels. When students had backlash to him, he still insisted to use that material. He just read the books to students and chated in class. When Dr.Chen did not follow his pace, he let students read books by themselves. He did not care about what students wanted to learn and just taught what he wanted to teach.

In conclusion, teaching is not a quite easy job. Teachers should have responsibilities for students. I think teachers should give students both knowledge and experience that will help students for learning.
